The
Obaby
XI Tandem is a very versatile three wheel stroller which
can be quickly converted into an in line tandem. The pushchair is
suitable from birth up until the child is approx 3 years of age and
weighs 15kg.
To transform the pushchair into a tandem the infant seat can be added
to either the front or the back allowing your toddler to travel along
as well. The seat on the Obaby
XI Tandem has multiple positions providing a comfortable
environment for your child at all times and the lie flat option means
that it is suitable from birth.
The Obaby XI
Tandem is easy to push and manoeuvre and the ability to
lock the front wheel in place makes travelling over rougher terrain
that bit easier. To provide a more comfortable experience when pushing
the stroller, the handle is fully adjustable and is constructed of soft
foam.
Your child’s safety has not been forgotten as there is a
fully adjustable 5 point safety harness to ensuring your child stays
securely fastened into the seat and for added comfort the harness comes
supplied with removable pads.
Further features on the XI include a detachable hood, a coordinated
shopping basket for extra storage in the base of the stroller, an
apron, wrist strap and rain cover.

Impression
The Obaby XI
Tandem is a good value inline tandem stroller and a
possible alternative to say the Phil and Teds Sport if that is out of
your price range. This stroller is available for less than
£300 and does provide plenty of features for the price. It
may be a bit bulky when folded so its worth checking it will fit into
car boot before you make any purchase and would benefit from having a
suspension system, but overall for the price a good tandem stroller.
