Characterised
by its ease of operation and manoeuvrability, the Mutsy Transporter stroller
is a light weight combi-buggy which can be used in conjunction with a
carry cot and a Traveller car seat. Weighing only 10.6lbs without the
wheels and 17 with, the Transporter certainly lives up to its
lightweight tag and it is suitable for children from approx 6 months.
The Mutsy

is very flexible and manoeuvrable as a result of the 2 front swivel
wheels, which can be locked in place via catches which sit above them.
One of the great features of this stroller is the adjustable handle bar
which can be moved into 4 different positions, which is ideal for
parents who may differ in height
For the child’s comfort the Mutsy Transporter stroller
has a back adjuster allowing it to be used in a recline position.
The Transporter can be folded quickly into a compact form and is there
is still an issue with storage the wheels can be removed. One advantage
the Mutsy
Transporter stroller
does have over other strollers is the seat unit does not need to be
removed when folding. However it must be noted that the seat does need
to be upright for this.
There is a shopping basket for storage.
The chassis can be used as a pramette/ travel system by the addition of
the carry cot and the Traveller car seat, which is sold separately.
What is good about the Mutsy

- It can be quite hard to fold up
- The seat doesn’t fully recline
- The basket is difficult to access when
the seat is reclined

Overall
Impression
The Mutsy
Transporter stroller
is a good lightweight and manoeuvrable stroller, which offers the
option of a carry cot and or a car seat. The ability to change the
height of the handle bar is a good feature, however the folding
mechanism does take a little getting use to. It’s a shame the
seat doesn’t fully recline, however it is good that it
doesn’t need to be fully removed to fold the stroller away.
