The
lightweight and compact aluminium frame of the Mountain Buggy Urban
Jungle is designed to handle the city streets as well as it
does road terrain, Weighing in at just 11kg it is still strong
enough to hold a child from birth up until the age of 4 years. The
modular design provides full flexibility as it can be used with a
click-and-go carrycot and a Universal travel system adaptor, both of
which are sold separately.
The seat unit on the Mountain
Buggy Urban
has an infinite number of recline positions from lay flat for newborns
to upright for older children, providing the optimum comfort setting
for your child at all times. The seat reclines using a strap on either
side of the back, whilst being easy to use it does tend to require two
hands.
The ergonomic soft foam handle can be adjusted to make
pushing the Mountain

bit comfier for parents of differing height and the 12 inch pneumatic
tyres together with the ability to fix the front wheel make pushing
over rougher terrains that much easier. The large air filled wheels
combined with the rear wheel suspension also provides a very smooth
ride for the Urban’s occupant and despite the wheel size the
pushchair is still manoeuvrable
.
For the child’s safety the Urban is equipped with the
standard 5
point safety harness which is padded for comfort and the brake is foot
operated
The folding mechanism on the Urban is a straight forward 2 step
process, which does take very little effort and when folded the
pushchair is compact enough to fit in a car boot or can be left

The pushchair comes with a number of additional features which include
a removable bumper bar, an adjustable hood with a peep window to see
your baby, a hand washable seat pad and a tray for storing items up to
5kg.

is a particularly adaptable pushchair that is suitable around town (if
a little bulky) and off road. It provides a comfortable ride for its
occupant and is both easy to push and manoeuvre. As its suitable from
birth there should be no reason your looking to buy another
pushchair too soon as it should last until the baby is at least 4 years
of age. Overall the Urban is a good all round option.
