The
Mountain
Buggy Breeze
is an ideal pushchair for use around town. This lightweight pushchair
offers a stylish exterior on a strong and well designed frame that can
be quickly folded away for storage in the smallest of spaces. The
pushchair itself is suitable from birth and weighs in at 9kg.
Navigating crowded streets is what the Mountain Buggy Breeze
is designed for and together with its lightweight and slim frame it is
ideal for these type of conditions. However, the front wheel is fixed
in place and does not swivel, it’s a shame as being able to
do so
would have made this pushchair even more nimble.
Folding the Breeze is quick and easy and when folded it is compact
enough to fit into most car boots and is ideal if you are a regular
user of public transport. If storage is still an issue then the wheels
can be quickly released to create more space.
The comfortable seat can be placed upright or be fully reclined making
it suitable for both newborns and toddlers. The seat cover is
constructed of a durable water repellent and easy care fabric which is
ideal for those inevitable mishaps. The sun hood has a viewing window
which allows you to interact with your little one whilst on the move.
From a safety aspect the Mountain
Buggy Breeze comes with a standard 5 point safety harness
as well as an easy to operate footbrake.
Storage is provided by a storage basket in the base of the pushchair as
well as a number of pockets on the pushchair itself. In addition to
storage the Breeze also includes a couple of other worth mentioning
accessories which are an air pump and a cup holder an often overlooked
but very useful accessory.
What is good about the Mountain
Buggy Breeze
- It’s compact when folded as
it’s shorter than other Mountain Buggy strollers
- The ability to handle various terrains
- Its smaller than other strollers in the
range
- As three wheel strollers go it is quite
light
And what could be better
- Whilst the Breeze does offer good
manoeuvrability it would have been even better if the front wheel
wasn’t fixed
- The storage basket could have been larger
Overall
Impression
If you’re looking for a smaller more compact three wheel
stroller then the Mountain
Buggy Breeze maybe just what you are looking for. Whilst
being smaller than other Mountain
Buggy strollers
it still keeps many of their features, a fully reclining seat,
lightweight and the ability to handle various terrains. Manoeuvrability
is fine but could have been helped further if the front wheel
hadn’t been fixed. Overall though it’s not a bad
