The
Mamas
and Papas Luna
Mix is a lightweight pushchair that when folded can fit into the boot
of the smallest of cars. It is suitable from birth and weighs in at
9kg. With the Luna you have the option of keeping the pushchair as is
or purchasing a separate carry cot or car seat and creating a full baby
travel system
The compact folding mechanism of the Mamas and Papas Luna
Mix is great and when folded flat it is capable of fitting in to most
car boots. If storage is still a problem then the wheels can be quickly
released.
The pushchair is easy to push and the front wheels can be locked into
place if required. The brake is your standard rear foot brake which is
easy to operate an the height adjustable soft grip ergonomic handles
enhance the ease of pushing. The Luna Mix includes a bumper bar, which
can be opened in a gate like fashion making it easy to get your child
in out and the removable, adjustable hood provides protection
from
the sun and includes an integrated window
For the comfort of its occupant the Mamas
and Papas Luna
Mix provides a seat unit which has a multi seat position recline
including a lie flat position and an adjustable leg rest to suit their
height. The all around individual wheel suspension on the Luna ensures
the occupant is given a smooth ride at all times
Safety isn’t forgotten as the Mamas and Papas Luna
Mix provides a standard 5 point safety harness, as well as having
padded head surround and seat support. When folded, the pushchair can
be locked in place.
There are a few accessories which come with the Luna, these include a
shopping basket for extra storage space, a rain cover and an apron.
As previously mentioned you can purchase a separate Luna Mix soft
carrycot for around £70 to make the Luna into a pram, or the
option is also available to make it into a travel system via the
purchase of the required adaptors and either the Mamas
and Papas Cybex Aton car seat or the Mamas
and Papas Primo Viaggio car seat for around a
combined total of £165.

The Mamas and Papas Luna
Mix pushchair is both an eye-catching and lightweight buggy with the
option of being used as a pram and/or a baby
travel system.
It folds up compactly and should be able to fit in most car boots, it
provides a smooth ride and is very easy to push. The main downsides are
the size of the shopping basket and the raincover, which can be
difficult to put on. Overall a good, stylish, compact and well priced
pushchair.
