The
Inglesina
Zippy is one of Inglesina’s most popular
strollers as it opens and closes with a single hand and movement, a
factor which makes it unique amongst similar types of umbrella
strollers. The Inglesina
Zippy is suitable from birth and can be used as a travel
system with the addition of the Huggy infant car seat and the zippy
carry cot, both of which are sold separately.
The folding mechanism is perhaps the main reason this Inglesina
stroller is so
popular, it can be used with just one hand and it folds neatly and
compactly, so both storage and carrying can be done with ease. This is
particular useful if you use the car often and especially if the boot
of your car doesn’t happen to be too large.
The well padded seat provides up to 4 different position options, as it
fully reclines it is suitable from birth and switching between them is
straightforward. To add to the babies comfort the leg rest can be
adjusted into two positions. The Zippy also comes with a bumper bar
which can be removed making it easier to lift your baby in and out of
the buggy
The manoeuvrability of the Inglesina
Zippy is good as a result of the front pivoting wheels
which can be locked in place and the handles are at a good height to
make pushing a comfortable experience
From a safety perspective the stroller comes complete with a 5 point
safety harness with padded shoulder straps and the Zippy itself gives a
feeling of being very sturdy and durable.
The accessories you get with the Zippy are easy to fix and remove,
these include both a hood and rain cover, as well as a large shopping
basket which is situated below the seat. The hood itself also has a
viewing window so that you can keep an eye on baby at all times.

Impression
The Inglesina Zippy
is a great everyday use stroller which easy to fold and unfold with
just one hand. It folds compactly for storage and the seats full
recline position means it is suitable from birth. If you wish there is
the option of using it as a travel system with the addition of a car
seat and/or carrycot. The only negative is perhaps the weight; if you
are going to use it as just a stroller then there are lighter options
available
