The
iCandy
Apple is available as either a 4 wheel stroller or a three
wheeled all terrain baby jogger as the iCandy Apple
offers the flexibility of purchasing a front wheel attachment along
with the four wheeled stroller, allowing for conversion to a three
wheeled when required.
The seat unit is suitable for children from 6 months, it’s
reclinable and provides 3 forward and rear facing seat positions. For a
newborn, both the jogger and stroller have the option of adding an iCandy Apple
carrycot as well as a car seat (sold separately) to create a full
travel system.
The chassis is light, only weighing 8.2kg and to aid manoeuvrability
the front wheels can be left to swivel or locked in place. The jogger
mode features a quick release front pneumatic tyre and large rear
wheels for a smoother ride. The extra large shopping basket and all
over rain cover are an added bonus.
To go with your Apple you can also purchase a flavour pack. Available
in five different colours, Blackcurrant, Imperial, Redcurrant, Grape
and Mandarin and comprising of an interchangeable hood and luxury
fleece, it allows you the opportunity to personalise your stroller to
your hearts content
As your family grows the Apple can be converted into the iCandy
Pear,
via a Pip converter upgrade pack. Larger front wheels balance the extra
weight and the converter provides you with the option of a number of
different combinations.

Overall
Impression
The iCandy Apple
is a unique
stroller, in that, with an added accessory it can be changed from a
stroller into a three wheeled jogger. Also the ability to upgrade to a
Pear is a great bonus as this will save quite a sum of money if you
need a double buggy anytime in the future. It’s a shame the
seat
or cot needs to be removed from the chassis before it can be folded,
but this is one of the few negatives with this stroller.
