The
Baby
Jogger City Select
is a unique multi- functional stroller that provides parents with the
option to mix and match seats, carrycot and car seats on the one
chassis. The Baby Jogger
City Select is a single capacity stroller, however using a
unique attachment it can be expanded into a double stroller
The City Select offers up to 16 unique seating combinations, ranging
from two tiered car seats to a combination of a carrycot and a single
seat. The stroller is easy to fold as it comes with Baby
Jogger’s
famous Quick-Fold Technology, allowing it fold flat in one simple step.
When folded there is a secure fold latch to ensure it stays folded
during transportation. The stroller comes with telescopic handles bars
with a wipe clean grip, ideal for parents of differing height and a
large under seat basket for storing all your babies’
necessities.
The 12 inch forever-air rear wheels and the 8 inch front wheels with
front wheel suspension and sealed ball bearings provide a comfortable
ride for your baby. This is further helped by a multi position seat
recline and a sun canopy with an adjustable head height of up to 2
inches. For smaller children the multi-positional foot well tilt
provides extra support.
For extra safety the seat comes with a 5 point harness which includes
shoulder pads
What's good about the Baby

your child so there is no need to change it
• A quick folding mechanism, one
of the best available
• The fact that unlike other
inline tandem strollers both children can see forward
• The basket is a good size and
accessible from all sides
And what could be better
• The fact the attachment is
sold separately, would have been nice if it was included
• Bulky compared to other single
strollers
• Limited choice of colours
• It is quite heavy and can
become difficult to handle on less than flat surfaces
Overall
Impression
The Baby Jogger City
Select is
a unique idea and the option to convert it into a double stroller will
excite many a parent. The many different combinations it offers are
great and while its not the cheapest option, its definitely not the
most expensive. The quick folding mechanism also makes it attractive.
Just be aware though that it is quite bulky compared to other single
strollers so if you simply intend to use it as a single, it may be
worth keeping this in mind.
