Jane
is one of the most popular brands when it comes to both prams and
pushchairs. If your looking for a pushchair then its well worth taking
a look at a Jane
Pushchair to see whether it would suit your needs or not.
Below are several popular pushchairs described in detail.
Jane
Sonic Pushchair
This particular Jane
Pushchair is one of the most compact pushchairs that are
available on the market today, being 8cm smaller than any other
pushchair in its class. The folding mechanism is easy to use making it
ideal for anyone holidaying, someone who often uses public transport or
simply needs to get the pushchair in and out of a car often. This Jane Pushchair
weighs in at 5.5kg and comes with all the standard features including a
5 point safety harness, carry strap, shopping basket, 3 position lie
back seat , adjustable footrest and height adjustable ergonomically
optimized rubber, soft grip handles.
Like a number of Jane Pushchairs this includes a unique cable braking
system which is operated by a conveniently placed handbrake,
eliminating the need to have a standard break bar between the rear
wheels and removing the issue of kick back when pushing the pushchair.
Jane
Touring Pushchair
This Jane Pushchair
combines the benefits of an umbrella folding pushchair with the Jane
Pro fix system. The Pro fix system is one which allows a car seat to be
attached to the pushchair chassis, using only one hand and making it
into a travel system. As well as having the standard features found on
the Sonic including the breaking mechanism, it has a few extra features
the first of which is a large, deep protective seat unit with a bumper
bar, and rather than only having a 3 position fully reclining backrest
this has four. This pushchair is slightly heavier than the Sonic at
6.5kg
Jane
Powertwin
The Jane Powertwin is a great pushchair as its suitable for twins, a
newborn and toddler or two toddlers. It is one of only a few twin
pushchairs to be able to take two car seats and become a full travel
system allowing both babies to face the parent. When used as a
pushchair the seating units sit one behind the other, the front seat is
suitable from 6 months whereas the rear is suitable from birth. Both
seats can be reclined independently but only the rear seat can be fully
reclined. Each of the seats is fitted with a 5 point harness for extra
safety. Steering the pushchair is made easy by the swivel wheel on the
front and folding away simply requires the detachment of the seating
units and the folding of the chassis. For extra snuggness you can also
fit a Jane Footmuff to each of the seats. This Jane Pushchair
weighs 14.8kg or 11.6kg without the wheels
As well as these three pushchairs Jane also offer a number of other
ranges which include the Jane Slalom Pro and the Jane Powertrack
360.
